Climeon has entered into an agreement for a pilot installation of the company's next generation Heat Power technology. Together with Höganäs AB and Höganäs Energi AB, Climeon will evaluate and optimize the next generation of Heat Power.
Enabling our customers to become leading climate solvers, while increasing their profitability has served as a guiding principle throughout the development of Climeon's Heat Power system. In 2020, Climeon began work on the next generation of the Heat Power system with this principle at the forefront of our development.
Like our HP150, the next generation of Climeon Heat Power technology is based on scalable modular architecture. The new technology will handle a larger temperature range and have a higher power output. The installation in Höganäs will take place outdoors and will be the first pilot installation of the new Heat Power generation.

Our next generation Heat Power system has been designed with features specifically for enhancing district heating network efficiency. Residual energy from Höganäs AB is already distributed today as district heating to the urban area of Höganäs by Höganäs Energi. This presents an ideal opportunity for Climeon to optimize these new features through the pilot installation. We will integrate with both Höganäs AB and Höganäs Energi's facilities to efficiently utilize residual energy not yet used for district heating production.
The installation work for the new Heat Power system is expected to begin in the second half of 2021. We are looking forward to bringing a more versatile family of products to the Heat Power market.
