Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

Climeon AB (publ) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the company’s premises at Torshamnsgatan 44 in Kista, Sweden.

Shareholders wishing to participate must be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on 21 September 2026 and notify the company of their attendance no later than 23 September 2026, in accordance with the instructions in the notice.
